I sat at a bus station, waiting for a bus, irritated by the long journey and the frustrating disturbances I had encountered. Suddenly, my attention was drawn to a chipping sound beside me. A flock of sparrows was eating crumbs off the station’s floor. As I pondered how the sparrows managed to survive the harsh winter and food scarcity, they appeared carefree and entertained. I wished to be like them, so I began observing them to see if I could learn anything. My latest painting and poem are the result of it.

"Beholding Sparrow" encourages the viewer, especially when emotionally unsettled, to engage in the practice of observing and gain insights from simple observation. Here, the viewer is encouraged to behold the painting.
Few things are as common as a sparrow. However, when Jesus sought to teach His disciples about not fearing, He chose the modest sparrow from His creation as a key example of the Father's care.
The sparrow is watching five daisies, which typically represent innocence, purity, and happiness. They are also linked to fresh starts, cheerfulness, and a feeling of simplicity.
Poem “I wish”
You might not see beyond your modest disposition, but I do.
I listen to your heart when you say to yourself that you are worthless.
I wish you realize it isn't true.
Your words are like arrows that pierce my heart.
I wish you can listen when I say to you:
“My beloved. My child. My life”.
I wish you would take time to answer my question:
If I can take care of a group of sparrows,
Why shouldn’t I be able to take care of you?
