We don't just invite people to church. We build relationships with people first. 

In Tuzla, we are learning that ministry is not simply about inviting people into a church building. It begins by getting to know people, listening to their stories, sharing life, and building relationships.

Through serving and educational programs, prayer, creativity,  children's programs, evangelism, and everyday encounters, we are creating opportunities for people to experience God's love in practical ways.

Every relationship matters.

Every conversation can become a doorway.

Every seed matters.

And we believe God is growing something beautiful in Tuzla.

​​PLANTING SEEDS

The sunflower has become a picture of how I understand ministry.

A seed may look small and insignificant, but when planted, cared for, and given the right conditions, it can grow into something much larger.

In the same way, we may never know what will grow from one conversation, one prayer, one act of kindness, or one relationship. Our role is to plant the seeds. God brings the growth. And just as a mature sunflower produces many seeds, our hope is that the people we encounter will themselves become sources of encouragement, hope, and love to others.

One seed can become a field.

That is the vision—not simply to reach individuals, but to see lives transformed in ways that continue spreading from one person to another.
